- Project Role Description :Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

- Key Responsibilities : a Good knowledge of SDLC and formal Agile processes, a bias towards TDD and a willingness to test products as part of the delivery cycle SIT, UAT and Production Support b Ability to communicate effectively in a multi-programme environment across a range of stakeholders c Proven track record of managing small delivery-focussed data teams d Enthusiastic and energetic problem solver to join an ambitious team e Extra-ordinary Attention to detail
- Technical Experience : a Knowledge of and experience using data models and data dictionaries in a Banking and Financial Markets context Knowledge of Trade Finance or Securities Services particularly useful b Preferable knowledge and experience in Data Quality Governance c Can write SQL queries, Python, Scala Spark knowledge preferable and navigate data bases especially Hive, Hadoop, CMD, Putty d Experience of using and flattening XML, FPML, JSON e Experience of big data programmes preferable
- Professional Attributes : a: Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels across Business users and technology teams b: Self-starter/highly motivated person who is prepared to use their own initiative to understand and follow up issues c: Takes ownership of problems through resolution
