- Project Role :Application Tech Support Practitioner
- Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

- Key Responsibilities : a: Have working knowledge and understanding of ITSM / Service Now tools used in logging and monitoring incidents b: Must drive critical incidents troubleshooting bridge, Co-ordinate between multiple teams for effective resolution of P1 and ensure all resolver teams join the bridge call on time c: Effective at managing multiple high priority activities with conflicting urgencies d: Be able to prepare a report of the incident and share with MODs e: Awareness of Severity guidelines
- Technical Experience : a: Conceptual knowledge of networking concepts b: Awareness of Incident management tools ITSM / Service Now c: ITIL Certification or equivalent process knowledge d: Engineering Graduate d: Service Management / IT Operations Management ITSM, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Capacity Management, Availability Management, Configuration Management and Request Fulfillment e: We are looking for an ITIL Intermediate/Expert certified Service Management professional
- Professional Attributes : a: Resource should have good communication skills b: Resource should have good analytical skills c: Lead the shift and support Service Management functions IM, MIM, PM, CM, Config, Capacity, Availability, SR end to end Act as the escalation POC during shift for client and internal management
