The work:
Researching and applying the principles of behavioural science and human-centred thinking to
design new experiences or rethink existing ones.
l
Bringing ideas to the table and collaborating effectively to identify opportunities, develop concepts, and define success criteria.
l
Partnering with diverse teams across our Accenture ecosystem to co-create and implement new experience programs and experiments around the globe.
l
Designing ways to gather feedback and insights from users to measure recruiting experiences and the impact of new experience innovations and programs.
l
Being an experience advocate supporting our internal stakeholders in experience design and mindset.
l

Qualifications

Job Qualifications

Here's what you’ll need:
l 3 years’ experience including 1 year of recruiting experience would be advantageous.
Experience delivering complex projects, working collaboratively across teams, functions, and
preferably countries to drive results.
l
Experience with designing and delivering experiences. This includes understanding user needs and gathering insights and data. You’re able to distil data to formulate insights that drive experience decisions.
l
A flair for opportunity identification and creative ideation. You’re passionate about making a
difference and innovate down to the details.
l
l A mindset to continually research, learn and test new innovations in recruitment and consumer experience.
