- Project Role :Software Development Engineer
- Project Role Description :Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

- Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities : 1-Maintenance administration of Genesys Cloud Contact Center services including edge devices administration and management 2-Responsible for handling day-to-day contact center operations, requirements, and issues 3-Provide L3 / L4 support for operational activities including basic troubleshooting of associated services on cloud on AWS platform 4-Detailed understanding of the network connectivity and connectivity to the Genesys Cloud environment 5-Good understanding of Genesys cloud recording
- Technical Experience : 1-Sound technical knowledge and hands-on experience on Genesys Cloud solutions 2-Implementation and maintenance of the Genesys Cloud solutions 3-Ability to solve complex technical issues within the Contact Center technology environment Thorough knowledge and well versed with Genesys Cloud application 4-Extensive experience in resolving contact center related issues
- Professional Attributes : 1-Good hands-on experience on contact center solutions 2-Experience in implementing and managing complex contact center solutions 3-Good understanding of procedures, application, and concepts within own subject area and understanding them in the context of the business Team handling / people mgmt
- Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in engineering preferred
