Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

- Key Responsibilities : Implementation of Dynamics 365 including configuration, customization, and development of the Dynamics 365 platform Establish an overview of the requirements defined by the customer including definition of business, technical, and architectural requirements
- Technical Experience : Assist in pre-sales efforts, apply advanced analysis skills and experience in principles of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Solutions to provide detailed reliable options and estimates for service implementations Experience working with following industries Lifesciences, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Banking and Fin Services 5Exposure to emerging tech will be an added advantage AI, Automation, Blockchain, and DnA
- Professional Attributes : Facilitate and accelerate the decision process, considering the customers business strategy, drivers, requirements, and challenges; whilst bearing in mind the relevant industry trends A sincere passion for the customer, which is demonstrated through professionalisms and striving for excellence in AI
- Educational Qualification : CA /CMA
