- Project Role Description :Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.

- Key Responsibilities : WFD 1 Business and Process analysis, translate client requirements to build functional specification and configuration documentation 2 Liaising with configurators, report developers, testers, data migration teams and act as single point of functional ownership for UKG System Integration programs 3 Quality Assurance Documentation 4 UKG Practice development and team building of the consultants and analysts 5 Lead in client training and change communication
- Technical Experience : 1 At least 5 years of functional and consulting experience in Time Attendance software packages either in support, development, or implementation role 2 At least 2 years of functional and configuration experience on UKG central or UKG dimensions 3 Should have a good understanding of UKG product enterprise architecture 4 Should have good domain knowledge in one or more of the following: Human capital management, Time Attendance, Quality, Planning, Logistics/Distribution, Manufacturing
- Professional Attributes : -Team-player who can also work independently -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Good Communication skills -Being adaptable and flexible to changing demands
- Educational Qualification : -Bachelors degree - Technology, Engineering -Masters degree -Business Administration
- Additional Information : -Should have worked in 2-3 large UKG system integration projects -Should have excellent comm skills
