The Practice – A Brief Sketch
The Customer Sales & Service Consulting practice is aligned to the Capability Network Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.

You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance. As part of the team, you will drive the following

• Plan, design, execute and test all database marketing, email, social media, web, SEO/SEM, BTL and display advertising campaigns.
• Designing new campaign strategies and strategizing marketing plans across all channels and devices based on campaign performance and insights
• Conduct vendor assessment and client’s MarTech/ AdTech capability assessment
• Provide recommendations on optimizing the MarTech/ AdTech stack and develop use cases to improve utilization of existing MarTech/ AdTech stack
• Gathering business requirements, designing process & solution for implementation of marketing and advertising solutions

• Partner and team with technology solution providers and marketing agencies to deliver the best solution meeting the needs of our clients
• Strong project management skills: ability to mobilize and organize across multiple stakeholders (client and internal) and projects
• Develop and manage a team of digital marketing platform specialists by managing key tasks like work allocation, time management, project SME support, hiring, training etc.
• Maintains digital marketing platform team by counseling and mentoring employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Aside from client delivery, the selected candidate will also drive business development efforts and thought leadership in the digital marketing platform space

Qualifications

Your experience counts!
• Proven working experience (8+ Years) in digital marketing and in delivering marketing solutions, particularly within the industry (E-Commerce, CPG, Telecom, Healthcare etc.)
• Strong understanding of marketing, marketing technologies and ability to apply technology know-how to better how our clients reach out to their customers
• Proficient with implementation of MarTech platforms and experience of AdTech platforms, Data visualization platforms and Cloud Platforms
• Deliver and execute on technical design solutions, customizing where required, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Experience Cloud
• Strong understanding of data structures and hands on experience on Mar-tech tools such as Adobe campaign, Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud, Pega decisioning, SFMC
• Strong experience in leading and managing email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Strong knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
• Ability to use insights for campaign and strategy optimization
