Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with stakeholders/ leadership for preparing ecosystem partner training schedule as per training/certification targets and implement governance meetings as needed
• Monitor ecosystem partner training & certification metrics and facilitate timely interventions
• Support in the provision of regular management information, metrics and analysis
• Assist in maintaining accuracy and integrity of all the emails/confirmations/records
• Coordinate with ecosystem partner POCs and learning team for planning, scheduling & execution of training(s)
• Conduct surveys and analyze survey result for Accenture-led ecosystem partner training(s)
• Co-ordination of tasks aligned to Business Operations Centralized Services, Managed Services and related to ecosystem partner training(s) and certification(s)
• Participate in/lead project and establish efficient communication channels. Work closely with Business Operations Leads to drive and implement continuous improvement and optimization programs for operational processes
• Support stakeholder’s in managing relationships with ecosystem partner
• Develop and implement strategies for complex deliverables by handling queries and finding innovative solutions
• Guide and support participants for registering on internal/external partner trainings / certification
• Support leadership for maintaining compliance criteria for ecosystem partner by executing internal campaigns
• Use and/or create excel/ppt views/dashboards for data visualization
• Follow documented procedures so that services are delivered consistently and correctly
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and taking up initiatives
• Recommend & implement improvements to build trust-based relationship with stakeholder(s)
• Required to attend conference calls outside of normal working hours as an when needed
2+ years of work experience in a related job
Must Have:
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 4+ years of relevant experience
• Basic technology knowhow for cloud and non-cloud tier-1 ecosystem partners
• Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity to achieve results and effectively resolve conflicts
• Confidence and assertiveness in working with Senior Executives
• Highly flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure and quickly changing priorities.
• Self-motivated, with a high degree of self-reliance and responsibility to own issues and actions.
• Absolute personal integrity, trustworthiness, discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to influence without direct authority to drive action at all levels.
• Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders
• Attention to detail, tenacity to drive things to completion.
• Expert in MS Excel - formulas, ability to work with large amounts of data, should be comfortable with creating dashboards, using various existing in-built functionalities
• Expert in MS Office
4+ years of overall experience and 2+ years of work experience in a related job
