As a Consultant in Cloud powered engineering practice you will work closely with the Manager or Sr. Manager to define and deliver assets or accelerators in Cloud PLM area.andlt;br or andgt; Key responsibilities include:andlt;br or andgt; • Deliver in Engineering and Randamp;D Transformation Programs to drive Innovation and Process Enablement for the Clientsandlt;br or andgt; • Develop relevant assets offerings in cloud PLM Enablement Integrated BOM Product andamp; Engineering Master Data Management and Digital Twin and Thread areas and liaise with Managers or Senior Managers on these assets and offeringsandlt;br or andgt; • In-depth working and understanding of cloud PLM capabilities Product Data Management PLM Processes and Digital Twin and Thread areasandlt;br or andgt; • Develop Master or Material Data Management and Data Migration Tools for Cloud PLM and solutions that meet our clients’ needs in innovative ways. Qualifications
Preferred Experience • Experience in PLM implementation on cloud or supported creation of multiple cloud assets or accelerators • Experience in migration PLM data to cloud or familiar with cloud data migration methodologies• Exposure to emerging PLM solutions in areas like Model based systems engineering multi-disciplinary product development• Application experience of RPA Data analytics Virtual or Augmented reality in PLM space preferred• Implementation experience on multiple mid to large-scale projects involving multiple systems in areas of PLM BOM Master Data Management and Digital Twin and Thread Space• Familiar working with Multi Level and Integrated Bill of Materials• Project management exposure• Exposure to industry 4.0 trends and emerging Engineering and Randamp;D Digitization Best Practices• Good understanding of emerging technologies in PLM Enablement BOM Data Management and Digital Twin or Thread areasKey Skills • Functional experience in an Engineering Division Product Development New Product Launch Randamp;D Prototyping or Innovation Management in Discrete or Process Industry• Well-versed with PLM Modules and Capabilities on at least one PLM tool . Siemens Dassault PTC SAP and the like.• In Depth understanding of PLM Modules such as Part Management Document Management BOM Management Reporting andamp; Analytics Classification Process and Workflows CAD integration• Thorough understanding of PLM and Data Management Processes • Able to multi-task multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Self-motivated detail-oriented and excellent organizational and time management skills• Proactive and able to work independently • Team player • Strong oral and written communication skills including presentation and documentation skills .Excel Visio PowerPoint etc..• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills • Sensitivity and skill at working with different cultures and styles• Quick learner and keen to pick up new skills• Engineering background with MBA preferred • Cloud certification preferred
