Job description:
Job Summary:
Topic Advisory teams provide comprehensive support to help deal teams target and sell. The Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBx) Topic Advisory team works directly with global ZBx leaders to help drive pipeline growth and convert profitable deals. Topic Advisory is in Accenture’s Sales and Pricing Performance team which provides end-to-end sales and pricing effectiveness, sales operations, and analytics services.
Primary responsibilities include:
? Manager role focused on helping drive sales globally for Accenture’s Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBx) business.
? Planning Origination
o Support annual planning to outline targets, priority clients by MU/industry and other strategic initiatives
o Work with sales leadership to define winning go-to-market strategies
o Conduct ongoing research to identify which companies could benefit from our services
o Coordinate and lead weekly / bi-weekly leadership sales / pipeline reviews
? Proposals Orals
o Collaborate with deal teams to define response requirements and determine the best sales messaging approach
o Bring the latest knowledge from deal to deal
o Help share the overall solution (approach, team, pricing, differentiators, etc.) to best fit the deal requirements
o Prove market relevant information to support sales (e.g., benchmarking, competitive insights, etc.)
? Content Management / Continuous Improvement
o Help develop go-to-market approach / assets
o Maintain global repository of sales assets (e.g., proposals, stage 0 decks credentials, etc.)
o Conduct reviews (loss / delivery) with client teams to understand how we can improve and harvest deliverables
o Connect with internal organizations (e.g., OD, HR, Research, Knowledge, etc.) to drive synergy across pursuit support efforts and sales materials development.
o Stay relevant on current topic through training, research, client interaction and feedback sessions

Educational Qualification
Must have:
• Bachelors degree
• English language fluency (oral and written)

Skills & Work Experience
Must have:
· 3+ years of business experience in delivering and selling Zero Based Budgeting (ZBx) work
Good to have:
• Strong communications skills
• Ability to work in a rapidly evolving, fast-paced environment
Other requirements
• Must support/mirror working hours for the supported Market Unit or other business area
• Must be flexible with work hours according to business needs
• Must have good internet connectivity and distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines
• May be occasionally required to travel domestically or internationally
