As a part of the CG&S industry practice, you will work with leading consumer packaged goods clients across the globe, develop and execute global strategies, manage complex change initiatives, and integrate solutions to meet changing business challenges.

• Demonstrate key consulting skills such as provide solutions for complex client problems while following the fundamentals of issue-based problem-solving.
• Drive end-to-end digital marketing program for clients spanning owned websites, social channels, e-commerce and affiliates.
• Work with brand teams to understand and drive brands’ digital agenda and frame basic digital media plans (incl. buying media & planning) for digital assets.
• Assess current maturity in digital marketing capabilities and provide inputs to scale up client’s capabilities.
• Define the digital media, social and content strategy with measurable objectives and benchmark key metrics.
• Work with client’s third-party vendors and manage relationships with media agencies on behalf of the client.
• Design the Digital Transformation journey for clients, develop operating frameworks and manage digital transformation programs.
• Manage product or platform-based implementation in a functional capacity (gathering user and functional requirements during design, working with development teams during implementation and supporting test cycles).
• Assess performance of various digital platforms of the client using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics etc.
• Recommend actions on improving search performance using tools such as Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Google Display Network and so on.

• Strong project management skills to be able to motivate a team and make them in line with the strategic goals of a project
• A good understanding of the marketing function in a consumer goods industry
• Functional knowledge of digital marketing and campaign management is a must
• Deep skills and experience in specialized industry offering - Digital Marketing and e-commerce
• Ability to effectively team with others in a large, global organization
• Analytical skills to bring clarity to complex issues and gather data-driven insights
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills with an aptitude for compelling storytelling
• Cross cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
