JOB SUMMARY
Accenture is engaged in an ongoing program of improving the way the Industry Programs operate, to improve efficiencies, save cost, and bring innovation to clients faster. The Accenture Industries and Market Innovation (I&MI) team is part of Accenture Growth and Strategy. The I&MI Industry Program associate manager will be part of the Industry Program CoE (Financial Services) team that provides program management and operations support globally. He/she will be responsible for supporting FS India Operations Manager to deliver the necessary support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Designing and building reports and analysis in Excel. Complete process documentation, communications, and reports required to support leadership
• Foster relationships and partner with internal teams, and external business functions to deliver business results
• Identify process improvement opportunities to develop effective business solutions
• Work with different stakeholders to gain input needed to drive key business discussions / outcomes
• Manage workload and ability to multitask between priorities to meet deadlines and quality expectations
• Utilize standard work approach and or methodologies in completing project work
• Build functional and technical skills foundation
• Take responsibility for personal skill development and career management
• Participate and contribute to regular team discussions and process improvement initiative
• Innovate and deliver additional value to the business through efficient, quality service and continuous improvement
• Use latest analytics tools to provide insights to business
• Leverage data visualization tools for effective data representation
• Conducting regular update meetings with stakeholders
• Identifying and managing issues and crisis proactively

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA or Business degree equivalent
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Good knowledge of advanced Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Access and tools like Tableau / Power BI will be preferred
• Experience to include global exposure, program management, people management
• Preferably handled projects in the areas of sales reporting, operations, analytics, MIS
• Good understanding of MIS, dashboards and scorecards for leadership review
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Good hold on MS Excel & Macros and with prior hands-on experience in managing advanced reporting solutions and developing Business Intelligence Reports
• Analytical/problem solving skills; collects and researches data
• Accuracy and attention to details; prioritizes and plans work activities
