Qualifications

Qualifications: • Master of Business Administration or Post Graduate Diploma in ManagementExperience: • Overall experience of 3+ years in designing or managing marketing campaigns with at least 1+ years of hands-on or functional consultant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot implementation with deep functional industry and client facing experience• Should be certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot• Experience with CRM Marketing software Channel integration Real Time Decisioning is desirable.• Strong understanding of how digital channels work together to create a cohesive personalized marketing program for the customer not just knowledge of one channel• Experience managing digital campaigns for large complex clients with proficiency in measurement and operations • Ability to use insights for campaign and strategy optimization• Experience with organizing 1st 2nd 3rd party data segments and campaign setup • Ability to drive the engagement with minimal supervisor involvement and should be able to work independently from onshore or offshore • Ability to establish and build on working relationships effectivelyKey Competencies and Skills: • Hands-on experience of SFMC or Pardot• Good Consulting experience is preferred• Experience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization or client organizationsAdditional Information: • Excellent oral and written communication skills• Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive results-oriented decisions. Data-driven mindset within proven utilization of information to drive decisions calibrate and results.• Highly organized proven ability to develop efficient processes that elevate team performance and drive results• Proven success in navigating global matrixed environments and or or experience in client facing roles• Ability to work effectively in a remote virtual global environment• Ability to work in a fast paced and unstructured environment
