Principal Duties
And Responsibilities: General Business Consulting
• Can solve an unstructured problem where brief provided is minimum. Solves the problem by breaking down into structured modules. Follows fundamentals of issue based problem solving
• Can construct basic components of business case and value analyses eg. market share, sales, costs under various heads, etc.
• Can lead client conversations and drive team to deliver as per project objectives
• Can define the right solution model for the client; generate business opportunities and support Accenture Leadership
• Can manage inter-team/client conflicts, enable teams to perform as per objectives and expectations
B2B/D2C/B2B2C Ecommerce
• Can define a client’s eCommerce Strategy across D2C, B2B, B2B2C channels including product, pricing, promotion, digital marketing across ecommerce platform/s
• Can design the Digital Transformation journey for clients, develop operating frameworks and manage Digital transformation programs
• Can lead discussions with client and key stakeholders and to provide direction and drive execution by managing project delivery and track timely completion of deliverables
• Can assess current maturity on ecommerce/digital marketing capabilities and provide inputs to scale up client’s capabilities
• Can recommend actions on improving campaign performance (on platform/off platform)
• Can design unique end to end growth levers
• Can work with Marketing heads and Brand teams to understand/drive brand’s digital agenda on ecommerce platforms and frame detailed digital media plans
Client and Project Management
• Has strong project management skills and can own end to end project delivery
• Works on client site with minimal supervision and prepare project documentation
• Lead talk with clients leadership & stakeholders independently both onshore and onsite
• Has very strong written and verbal communication skills. Confidently communicates and articulates. Identifies, escalates, tracks and resolves issues in a timely manner
• Prepare and Lead presentation to the client (CEOs,CMOs,CIO/CTOs)
• Has very strong deck writing skills. Can make a crisp deck with a compelling storyline
Experience: Industry Expertise: Experience in Consumer Goods Industry is preferable, esp, in brand management
Total Exp – 9 to 15 years
Domain Development: Worked Develop assets and methodologies, develop of points-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collaterals
A minimum of 5 years progressive industry (MNC companies) and/or consulting experience preferably Consumer Goods or ecommerce organization
Functional knowledge of B2B/D2C/B2B2C ecommerce platforms is a must
Deep skills and experience in specialized industry offering - Digital Marketing & Ecommerce - as listed below


Qualifications: • MBA from a Tier 1 Institute

Key Competencies and Skills: • Expert on eCommerce Operations and Implementation (pref. for Consumer Goods Industry), deep understanding of ecommerce channel dynamics
• Expert at designing and managing campaigns across players such as Facebook, Google, Amazon, Lazada and other key marketplaces etc
• Exposure to ecommerce platforms, OMS, Analytics engines for designing and managing a full ecommerce operation set up
• Expert on deriving insights and analytics from platform data to drive value
• Exposure to Channel Management/Trade Marketing/ Pricing management
• Deep understanding of developing/growing a brand’s digital footprint on ecommerce/ other digital platforms through consumer marketing interventions
• Understanding of Search Marketing & Content Marketing (on platform/off platform) and drivers to influence/improve search (onpage/offpage)
• Exposure to Sales Planning for ecommerce/other channels
• Exposure to Content Management on ecommerce platforms
• Exposure to campaign management platforms and tools
• Any exposure to tools in digital analytics and SEO/SEM will be a plus
