- Project Role :Program/Project Management Lead
- Project Role Description :Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.

- Key Responsibilities : Day to Day support activities, Ticket resolution as per the SLA, hands on LIMS Basic experience, Experience on working LW LIMS V7, V8 Pharma template, Communication to business users in timely manner Co-ordinating with different teams like Infrastructure Teams, Support Teams, and external system build teams ; for support perspective, working knowledge of Database, Oracle/Sql Server; Guiding team for issue resolution; Customer communication; Working in Service now or BMC remedy; Good Communica
- Technical Experience : very good experience in LabWare LIMS Good Communication skills along with handson experince in LIMS basic, LW LIMS phara template, differnet modules like Stability, Lot, Standard and Reagents etc Having experience in Crystal Report is an added advantage
- Professional Attributes : Good attitude,oral and Communication skillsStrong Analytical Skills LIMS Experience is must
- Educational Qualification : BTech Completed
