- Key Responsibilities : a Relevant experience in Application support in Murex Front Office/Datamart b Identify required Support deliverables,organize task,activity,follow up diligently with all stakeholder,ensure milestones are achieved within timelines/SLA/OLA,cost c Coordinate with various support team,ensure all dependent task are closed timely as per requirement d Enlist various task related to IT support applications,how to enable/monitor them e Knowledge of ITIL Process/certification would be an added advantage
- Technical Experience : a Domain skills in Capital Markets / Investment Banking Operation Front Office, Back Office, Mid Office Forex, Money Market, Derivatives, SWIFT etc b Technical skills : Java, UNIX / Windows server, ORACLE SQL c Vendor and other stakeholder management skills d Awareness of various initiatives in the Capital Markets / Investment Banking industry regarding automation, digital transformation, compliance / regulations, security issues etc
- Professional Attributes : a Self-disciplined, strong problem solving, trouble shooting skills Should have good communication skills verbal and written b Self-starter/highly motivated person c Takes ownership of problems through solution d Candidate should be a good team player
- Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree BE / B Tech
- Additional Information : Domain : Capital Markets / Investment Banking
