- Project Role Description :Define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing business case to achieve the vision.

- Key Responsibilities : ???Provide Thought Leadership ???Develop full scale project plans, scope, estimates and associated communication documents ???Preparation of Project plan, Scheduling, Execution, Monitoring, Controlling and Closing by using appropriate tools ???Lead customer orals, business requirement gathering, Gap Fit analysis, Solution design and estimates ???Lead one or more projects teams and be responsible for complete delivery ???Conduct Project post mortems and provide recommendations
- Technical Experience : ???Managing client communication,delegate tasks,responsibilities to appropriate ???Implement best practices in implementation,upgrads,support projects ???Idenfiy,manage retail project dependencies,critical path ???Develop progress reports,proposals,requirements documentation and presentation ???Manage changes in project scope,potential crises,devise contigency plan ???Expert in Retail operations,POS,ecommerce implementation,done multiple end to end retail implementations including Store rollouts
- Professional Attributes : ???Minimum 12 years of overall and 9 years of experience in relevant skill and 3 years experience as an tech architect in retail ???Demonstrate Customer Focus,active listening and consultative approach ???Coach,mentor,motivate,supervise team members ???completed D365 retail certification
- Additional Information : ???Relevant Dynamics 365 retail certifications
