- Key Responsibilities : Prod Support Lead -Keywords to search Workforce Dimensions, Kronos, Kronos Support Consultant, Timekeeper, Accruals -Must possess excellent English verbal and written skills: active listener and have ability to clearly communicate ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences -Must have strong organizational skills and eagerness to drive deliverables/tickets to closure -Previous experience in a direct support role, working with users of various levels of technical skills
- Technical Experience : Keywords to search Kronos, UKG, Workforce Dimensions, Workforce Central, Kronos Support Consultant, Consultant, Timekeeper, Accruals, Boomi, SQL Server, WIM -Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Workforce Management domain is a must -Minimum 2 years of experience in Workforce Dimensions -Very good experience in Kronos with functional expertise in Timekeeping, Accruals, Basic Scheduler -Must have knowledge on Business Structure Setup and Labor Category Setup in Workforce Dimensions
- Professional Attributes : Thrive in a team environment, while also possessing the ability to work independently -Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment -Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers and manage specific tasks to completion
- Educational Qualification : BE
- Additional Information : Technical knowledge of Kronos basic modules, resourcefulness -flexible to work in shifts
