- Key Responsibilities : 1 To work independently on HR ABAP objects: Involvement in estimation and requirement gathering to manage design, development and implementation of ABAP HR objects 2 Provide high quality customer support throughout the project for incidents, change requests, problem tickets 3 Experience in the software development life cycle which includes the stages of application development, design analysis, evaluation of customer needs, functional requirements, technical requirements and testing
- Technical Experience : Must have worked on HR ABAP under core modules of SAP HCM: Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll and Time Management, Object Oriented Programming Exposure on HCM Process and Forms using FPM Reports using LDBs, ALV, Queries, Module Pools or Dialog programming Infotype framework, ABAP Dictionary Objects, interfaces, IDOC, LSMW, Enhancement, BAPI, BADI, User Exits, Smart Forms, Sap Scripts, HR Forms, Adobe, FPM Good to have:, WebDynpro, Workflows, Fiori using ODATA Servic
- Professional Attributes : 1 Communication should be good 2 Having experience with client interaction and work experience on project 3 This is a Client Facing role
- Educational Qualification : Resource should have completed minimum 15 years of full time education
- Additional Information : Good to have - Knowledge on OData and Process and Forms
