- Project Role :Program/Project Management Lead
- Project Role Description :Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.

- Key Responsibilities : 1 In this role, you need to analyze and solve moderately complex problems related to 4G/5G KPi/SLAsfor RAN/core/BSS/Cloud 2You are required to create new solutions, leveraging, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures 3You are required to understand the strategic direction set by senior management, clearly communicate team goals, deliverables, keep the different functional team updated on change 4Your primary upward interactions are with different functional team 5 Client Meeting
- Technical Experience : 1 Experience in telecom industry is must 2 Maintain record of headcounts function wise 3 You will be leading a MIS team for multiple report generation and float to concern stakeholders as per client requirement 4 Evaluate monthly baseline and guide it to different function leads 5 Give presentations to client on governing KPIs-SLA and download any new requirement/change to functional leads as per client requirement 6 Update different functional team on daily KPIs and highlight improvements
- Professional Attributes : 110 plus years experience 2Good analytical skill, 3Good error-spotting skills, 4Hands on at creating reports using various tools MS and applications as applicable, 5Effective communication skills 6Must be skilled to come out with an action plan to set things rights in areas of concern and weakness
- Educational Qualification : 1 Engineering degree Computer Science/ Electronics Engineering Degree with 8-10 yrs of experience
