- Project Role :Program/Project Management Lead
- Project Role Description :Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.

- Key Responsibilities : 1 Mandatory Networks skills required -4G/5G 2The central PMO team will work in close coordination with different function leads to deliver robust tracking mechanism for SLA/KPIBSS or any other operations on a day to day basis3Will be responsible for contractual compliance of various aspects of contract like Governance, Reporting, Incident Management, Change Management ,performance, fault management, configuration and Survey Management along with driving automation and analytics
- Technical Experience : 1In this role, you need to analyze and solve moderately complex problems related to 4G/5G KPi/SLAsfor BSS 2You are required to create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures 3You are required to understand the strategic direction set by senior management, clearly communicate team goals, deliverables, keep the different functional team updated on change 4Your primary upward interactions are with different functional team 5Arrange meeting with client
- Professional Attributes : 1 Good analytical skill, 2 Good error-spotting skills, 3 Hands on at creating reports using various tools MS and applications as applicable, 4 Effective communication skills 5 Must be skilled to come out with an action plan to set things rights in areas of concern and weakness
- Educational Qualification : 1 Engineering degree Computer Science/ Electronics Engineering Degree
