- Project Role :Business Process Services Practitioner
- Project Role Description :Recommend, build, develop documentation for new business processes. Work with business process owners/SMEs to assess capabilities and identify high-level user requirements and work with project managers, architects and SMEs to define metrics and performance goals for the process. Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements. Develop training and demonstration material to internal and external audiences.

- Key Responsibilities : 1 - Management of day-to-day operations including staffing, volume management tracking and job assignment 2 - Actively review the pipeline of activities and ensure that the prioritization and the proposed deadlines are agreed as per requirements 3 - Working closely with various teams within Accenture to gather content and perform various quality checks before its added in our repository
- Technical Experience : 1 - Active engagement on Solution Dev, Mobilization, Offering Capability so new updates can be identified to contribute into content management tool Meet agreed target for monthly contributions 2 - Conduct, document and carry out robust quality review process across content support requests deliverable as well as the maintenance of content management tool standard assets
- Professional Attributes : 1 - Active interface with SPOCS/Champions/Leads of all other teams that Content Management interfaces with like: Marketing, Business Continuity, Legal, Other content teams 2 - Active interface involves being on scheduled calls and conducting meetings to streamline and strength current relationship
- Educational Qualification : Minimum Graduate in any stream, Good to have - Graduate in Science/BTech/BE
