Job description:
Support the data and collection processes of one or more Environmental capabilities across Accenture. This role will support the implementation of accurate automatic reporting functionality, drive and coordinate monthly environmental data collection process across Accenture’s offices in alignment with our environmental commitments and targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Liaise with market unit environmental leads to support receiving and uploading environmental documentation into reporting systems.
• Continuous checking and validation of information and upload into environmental data collection system during the initial set-up process.
• Escalate/resolve potential issues of monthly data upload into reporting system
• Review and validate inputs related to real estate office information and take action to remedy discrepancies.
• Continue to maintain a healthy and ongoing automatic upload of data coming from the source into the data reporting system.
• Collect, check for accuracy, analyze, report global operations office data.
• Liaison with Environmental market unit and location leads to support data collection.
• Support monthly reporting of office environmental data metrics
• Proactively communicating regular status with business function lead.
• Complies with and fully understands metrics related requirements and commitments
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers on escalated issues.
• Responds to problems in a tactful and expedient manner.
• Train establish and instill Operational Excellence work style and mindset among team members.
• Provides support as needed to ad hoc request.
• Provide technical support and execute training for stakeholders, as needed.
• Support special projects for continual improvement (i.e. automated reporting system, data quality checks, etc.)
• Provide insightful analytics and recommendations to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Drive process improvements and project manage initiatives.
• Process purchase orders when required.
• Keep directories contact lists active and updated

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Experience:
3+ years of administrative responsibilities, data collection and reporting preferred
3+ location Environmental Management System management

Professional Skills
• Proven success in contributing to a virtual international team.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate daily activities of multiple work streams, focused on issue resolution, while being an effective communicator.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English both written and oral.
• Ability to quickly grasp unfamiliar subjects.
• Ability to establish credibility as a member of the team and with stakeholders.
• Highly responsive, flexible and adaptable.

Other Requirements
• Flexibility with your schedule to accommodate global support
• Keen interest in Environmental and Sustainability matters.

Travel
Limited travel may be required
