Job description:
Role Description
Support on all aspects of Accenture’s Water Risk Mitigation Strategy, including liaising with local workplace leads and supporting the creation of mitigation plans where necessary and supporting the role out of the Accenture Response Tool and embedding the water risk mitigation strategy and plans in it.
Responsibilities include:
• Water risk mitigation strategy support:
o Drive the communication of findings from Accenture’s Water Risk Assessment
o Liaise with Workplace Leads in locations at risk to identify current mitigation and preparedness status and additional needs
o Report back to global leadership on global status around water risk/scarcity strategy
o Identify the best way of continuously integrating water risks and related mitigation measures into the Accenture Resiliency Tool (ART)
o Ensure the documentation of mitigation plans in Accenture Resiliency Tool (ART)
o Support Workplace Leads in locations at risk to define and select required mitigation measures
o Support Workplace Leads in locations at risk and the Real Estate team in conversations with office landlords when their support is needed to implement measures
• Accenture Resiliency Tool roll-out support:
o Supporting the global BRS Lead to drive the roll out of the Accenture Resiliency Tool (ART)
o Knowledge of Business Resiliency software (Fusion Preferred)
o Ability to run reports, conduct training provide trending
o Experience with supporting Internal Function Areas (Workplace)

Required Skills and Experience
• Understanding and experience with water risk mitigation management or other related risk factors
• Excellent project management and task prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience performing stakeholder management and relationship building, particularly across virtual, cross cultural contact networks
• Excellent research and analysis skills
• Strong Excel modelling skills
• Ability to distill large volumes of information into targeted, actionable insights and recommendations
• Ability to work flexible hours across several time zones (Globally)
• Strong knowledge of Accenture’s Workplace responsibilities and tasks
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously and drive own work area, as well as be a team player
Nice to Have Experience
• Knowledge of and passion for wider Accenture’s Workplace programs, tasks and processes
• Experience overseeing and managing others’ workstreams
