The selected candidate will work independently or with GU Pricing Architects, CPFLs & Client Executives / Sales teams to review and improve pricing proposals for new opportunities and contract additions/extensions
1.1. Provide pricing deal shaping and costing advice on opportunities not meeting standard corporate targets.
1.2. Understand and apply deal context and client requirements to the analytical review of the opportunity metrics.
1.3. Prepare variance analysis using the CoE standard pricing dashboard and based on corporate pricing tool (GPS / MMP) outputs to help research and analyze the relevant drivers for margin or ADR dilution.
1.4. Analyze the financial impact of potential alternative scenarios and propose the most appropriate recommendations to the opportunity owner.
1.5. Explain clearly and concisely the reasons and associated metric improvements in applying the CoE recommendations to the opportunity owner
1.6. Ensure opportunity pricings are compliant with US GAAP and Accenture Policies
1.7. Provide advice to Delivery CFM on contract set up of more complex opportunities
1.8. Liaise with support teams (e.g. legal, tax) where required.
1.9. Commitment to thought leadership and continuous learning by regularly contributing to Pricing knowledge.
Knowledge and experience of working with Client teams to creatively shape the pricing models for new opportunities, critically analyze and explain the recommendations to client teams, CPFLs and other appropriate internal stakeholders.
1.1. Extensive experience of creating and appraising pricing models using standard corporate tools of GPS & MMP
1.2. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to look beyond the standard and suggest creative but compliant solutions
1.3. Ability to balance Accenture corporate requirements with delivering value to the end client
1.4. Strong knowledge and application of U.S. GAAP, Accenture Policies and local statutory requirements
1.5. Experience of end to end CFM management through the contract life-cycle (pricing through set up to close)
1.6. Extensive experience of operating effectively with senior business stakeholders.
1.7. Experience of working in diverse cultural environments

2.2. Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills, delivery excellence, self and people management
2.3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a wider team of varied stakeholders.
