Job description:
JOB SUMMARY: Lead & drive overall quality and continuous improvement initiative through implementation of industry standards and methodologies such as Operational Excellence principles, Lean, Six Sigma, DT and or FORM. Leverage the capability of employees through involvement in various initiatives. Drive digitization and automation for tracking and reporting performance and, enhancing process performance. Lead the way for predictive analytics
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
• Implementing the basic quality and continuous improvement framework for the processes based on Six Sigma, DT, FORM etc.
• Understand the business context and provide solutions and proactive approach to solutions to the stakeholders
• Work with all levels across Accenture and forge meaningful business relationships
• Good technology quotient of upcoming & existing technology practices like – Robotics, Automation, Data visualization, Analytics, Python (Understanding of numbers and ability to provide data-based insights),
• Drive FTE efficiency/productivity target for the capabilities assigned
• Should have worked and led multiple lean, Six sigma, DT projects on ground
• Should be a good storyteller & presenter
• Continuous Improvement - Work within Key Customer Group and the appropriate GBSN teams to drive the continuous improvement agenda in the end to end process not just within GBSN.
• Oversee the implementation of quality related initiatives, and ensure quality measures are aligned with overall business objectives
• Drive digitization and automation for tracking and reporting performance, and, enhancing process performance

SKILLS REQUIREMENT
• Graduate with 7-8+ years of work experience
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black bet and or Design thinking (DT) practitioner
• Working Knowledge of VBA, Python, Power bi, SharePoint would be an added advantage.
