- Job description

1. Minimum graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record

2. Minimum 2 years previous experience in a customer service role

3. Experience working in a B2B environment

4. Active user of Digital/Internet and online applications (AdWords, Advertising, etc)

5. Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and analysis

6. Strong attention to detail


8. Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a

larger team-oriented environment

Demonstrated proficiency with written English excellent spoken English

9. Ability to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift work if needed)

10. Technologically capable - Ability to learn, retain and apply large amounts of product, process,

policy and system information

11. Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills

12. Problem solving skills with customer centric approach

13. Proficiency at basic business software such as MS Excel

14. Ability to effectively interact with top tier Account Managers based in US (and other regions)

to understand, action respond to requests and problem escalations for all activities under scope

15. Ability to provide excellent email/chat support to troubleshoot and resolve issues experienced

with Google Accounts and other technical issues

16. Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs

17. Maintaining a thorough understanding of Google departmental process and policies

18. Clearly demonstrated passion for ensuring the success of Google’s culture of excellence and commitment to quality in customer service

19. Providing excellent customer service to Google Account Managers Google Customers

20. Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requ
