Accenture Enterprise Enablement (AEE) is a shared services arm within the Corporate Functions across the globe. AEE is presently 5000+ strong team spread in 7 global locations i.e. Buenos Aires, India, Manila, Dalian, Dublin, Prague and USA. AEE Sales and Operations teams works very closely with Accenture Sales organization and supports all Growth Platforms and Operating Groups. The team is responsible for all kind of sales operations and finance support required for an efficient sales operation. The team provides sales and pipeline data support, works as a PMO to the sales leads and drives sales operations initiatives including sales reviews, business review prep, reporting, analysis, cleansing, finance support, BD monitor and review.

JOB SUMMARY (a few sentences)
The ServiceNow Analyst is responsible for managing the day to day interactions with our internal customers. They are also responsible for helping users remediate issues that come up during the use of any of our applications.
Candidates will demonstrate skills in areas for the administration, development, documentation and technical support. This position will vary in the scope of project responsibilities; however generally this position will focus on supporting our development teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (BULLETS)
• Providing user assistance
• Obtain and analyze business requirements and develop technical/function requirements
• Document processes for new and old applications
• Record quick QRG videos for users
• Perform 1st level root cause analysis for reported issues
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (BULLETS)
• Good analytical skills and Self-motivated
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to have positive interactions with fellow employees
• Ability to work with and manage users across multiple geographies

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (BULLETS)
Candidates should demonstrate experience in the following areas:
• Create and Modify user accounts
• Ability to ask detailed questions to determine the underlying request or requirements being asked.
• Generating detailed documentation
• Keep on top of new & emerging platform updates
• Ability to have positive interactions with fellow employees
• Provide suggestions to users, with regards to processes
• 1 year goal of obtaining ServiceNow admin certification
• Minimum 1 year of ServiceNow administrative support experience
• B.E/B Tech (preferably Computer Science/Electronics/Information Technology) with minimum 2 years of experience.
