Accenture Enterprise Enablement (AEE) is a shared services arm within the Corporate Functions across the globe. AEE is presently 5000+ strong team spread in 7 global locations i.e. Buenos Aires, India, Manila, Dalian, Dublin, Prague and USA. AEE Sales and Operations teams works very closely with Accenture Sales organization and supports all Growth Platforms and Operating Groups. The team is responsible for all kind of sales operations and finance support required for an efficient sales operation. The team provides sales and pipeline data support, works as a PMO to the sales leads and drives sales operations initiatives including sales reviews, business review prep, reporting, analysis, cleansing, finance support, BD monitor and review.

JOB SUMMARY (a few sentences)
The candidate to work closely with all internal stakeholders on channel management role for various Partner service offerings, to establish relationships and develop robust mandatory certification/training plans that drive new business and accelerate the overall revenue stream for Accenture (as a partner). Create programs that enhance the Accenture’s commitment to drive additional competency within each Partner certification portfolio (Channel Specialties). Coach and support other resources on trainings and certifications. Become subject matter expert and drivers of specific program initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (BULLETS)
• Responsible for managing, developing and growing partner engagement, working through leadership and stakeholders
• Collate and drive Partner Channel Certification effort
• Maintains a network with respective Partner POCs and support teams, to maintain partner level status effectively
• Designs and execute each Partner certification and training plans
• Design and execute SME Programs
• Recertification follow-up - tracking & compliance
• Engagement budget utilization - tracking & compliance
• CSAT feedback - Follow-up on tracking & compliance
• Partner Program - connect with POCs/Country Leads/Theater Leads - for tracking, follow-up and compliance
• Maintaining a consolidated Dashboard and MIS reports
• Through understanding of products and services is must for driving Partner program effort
• Accountable to attend regular calls with stakeholder/leads/ 3rd party vendors ; prepare & circulate MoM’s
• Coordinate, manage and drive Technology workshop
• Coordinate, manage and drive Alliance partner Tech Bootcamp

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (BULLETS)
• Graduation/post-graduation in science from a reputed institute

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (BULLETS)
• Ability to motivate and influence others to achieve results
• Ability to manage a matrix environment
• Very good in program and project management tasks
• Very strong in Advance MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point and any other RPA tool
• Good in negotiation, consultative and presentation skills
• Strategic planning abilities
• Good communications skills
