Experience in business blueprint and greenfield implementation of SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA core functionalities in FI-CO, SD, MM, PP and Logistics as part of an enterprise-wide design and blueprint of SAP. Deep appreciation of comparative capabilities of SAP ECC and their enhancements in SAP S/4 HANA (1610, 1709 etc.), including Central Finance, IBP etc. Led business workshops and roadmap sessions in defining a solution blueprint for Finance and/or Supply Chain in an SAP S/4 environment. Expertise in BPC and Financial Consolidation & Reporting. Ability to drive business stakeholders and IT in terms of adoption of SAP capabilities offered in S/4 HANA and how does this change from their current SAP ECC or other legacy ERPs.
Demonstrated functional specialization in any one of Finance & Accounting (FI, CO, AA…), Supply Chain (MM, PP, APO/IBP) for various industry scenarios. Appreciation of Financial Consolidation and EPM (for Finance), or IBP (in case of Supply Chain)
Expertise in SAP IS across any one of Retail, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Life Sciences and Healthcare, and demonstrated by real-life projects in the sectors as mentioned.
Knowledge and experience in implementing SAP Public Cloud or SaaS offerings such as Ariba and Hybris. Experience in working across a Hybrid ERP environment comprising both SAP on-prem and SAP SaaS solutions.
Experience with large clients in formulating a cloud strategy and roadmap for S/4 HANA, including options for hosted (PaaS) or Application cloud (SAP Cloud, SAP private cloud). Expertise in offering solution options for deployment of SAP S/4 HANA across multiple environment options – Private Cloud, Hosted PaaS and factors determining the sizing and placement strategy.
Led and delivered large-scale transformation and / or migration of SAP ECC and other legacy ERPs to the new SAP S/4 HANA architecture. Deep appreciation of one/more of the functional areas of Finance or Supply Chain. Experience in using one/many approaches for phased migration and transformation to SAP S/4 Finance (Central Finance) using either SLT or BODS or other techniques. Demonstrated expertise in an Hybrid ERP environment comprising various flavor of SAP and other 3rd party ERPs
Understanding of SAP’s integration approach and methods such as SAP PI or SAP Cloud Integration platform. Understanding of SAP Leonardo platform w.r.t IoT, AI and ML
Expertise in creation of business case, business value assessment for an implementation (either greenfield or brownfield) of SAP S/4 HANA. Real life experience in using components from SAP Activate methodology as part of program implementation.
Creation of use-cases, functional prototypes in demonstrating the value and impact of an SAP S/4 deployment.
