The Digital Global Operations team enables leadership to implement strategy, support on-going decision making through business-intelligence-driven insights and run business operations efficiently. It is a part of Consulting Innovation & Knowledge and is looking to enhance engagement with the consulting practice leadership.
We are looking for an Analytics and Modelling AM who will support our offering, sales, leadership and operations teams with insights gained from analyzing company data. The ideal candidate is adept at using large data sets to find opportunities for product and process optimization and using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action. They must have strong experience using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, using machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies, building and implementing models, using/creating algorithms and creating/running simulations. They must have a proven ability to drive business results with their data-based insights. They must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams. The right candidate will have a passion for discovering solutions hidden in large data sets and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES Tasks, functions, deliverables Performed
• Detailed role description
o Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
o Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
o Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
o Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
o Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
o Work with extended development and visualization team to be able to train and develop data sciences capability in the team.
o Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
o Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
o Working knowledge in Machine Learning algorithms like Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, Neural Network etc.
o Have an understanding of econometric/statistical modeling and analysis techniques such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, multivariate statistical analysis, time series techniques, optimization techniques, and statistical packages such as R, Python, SPARK
o Good comprehension skills to understand the practice leadership’s business requirements. Industry expertise would be an added advantage.
o Define data requirements for creating a model and understand the business problem
o Clean, aggregate, analyze, interpret data and carry out quality analysis of it

UG:B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Computers, Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.A - Statistics, B.Sc - Statistics
PG:MS/M.Sc(Science) – Statistics /Any Specialization, M.Tech - Any Specialization
Doctorate:Ph.D – Other
TOP REQUIRED BEHAVIORS AND SKILLS
• 7-10 years of work experience in Data sciences/ predictive analytics with reputed organization is desirable.
• Good at managing a network of senior stakeholders and driving change through influencing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
• Leadership and strategic thinking skills
• Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on Sales and Offering development.
• Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
• Experience working with and creating data architectures.
• Knowledge of a variety of machine
