  • Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : -Subject Matter expertise on Microsoft Intune- Hands on experience in Intune -Subject Matter expertise on Autopilot and profile configuration -Subject Matter expertise on Cloud Management gateway and SCCM -Hands on experience on MDM Mobile Device deployment and troubleshooting Configuration of Service Application, Device enrolment programs, app protection policies and troubleshooting issues -Configuration of Security and compliance policies

    • Technical Experience : -Able to resolve issues related multiple Device OS platforms -Troubleshooting Intune L1, L2 L3 issues -Providing Root Cause Analysis for Intune incidents -Writing Standard Operational Documentation -Configuration of SSL Certificates -Well conversant with PowerShell -Good Knowledge on AAD proxy setup and configuration -Must demonstrate ability to work productively with a wide range of people as well as ability to effectively present information to customers and senior management

    • Professional Attributes : -Open to shifts 24/7 environment -Excellent Written and Verbal Communication -Client escalation management, stake holder management - Major incident management

    • Educational Qualification : BE

    • Additional Information : -Knowledge of Active Directory -Knowledge of Azure cloud -Knowledge of Conditional access
