  • Project Role Description :Work with the Service Delivery Manager to perform capacity management, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : 1 Client calls/chats related to IT related technical issues 2 interactive troubleshooting over voice call/chat to resolve the issue 3 responding to client emails, logging tickets in ITSM ticketing tool on behalf of the client 4 providing remote technical support to the client 5 create KB Articles 6 calling back client 7 coordinating issue troubleshooting with L2 towers 8 Shift: 24x7 Rotational shift

    • Technical Experience : 1 Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role 2 Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control 3 Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products 4 Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues

    • Professional Attributes : 1 Patience Patience is one of the must to have qualities of a Service desk agent 2 Empathy 3 Active listening 4 Sense of urgency 5 Good interpersonal skills 6 Well-organized 7 Speed and accuracy 8 Creativity and flexibility

    • Educational Qualification : Graduation and above
