Job Description

The Recruiting Operations – Senior Assistant supports all administrative activities and processes within the Recruiting and or or Sourcing department to ensure that the recruiting demand based on the overall Marketing and Recruiting strategy can be met. She or he will contribute to or assist with the operations support for a large recruiting demand OR will provide operations support for a small to medium-sized recruiting demand.
The Recruiter - SAS is accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan. The Recruiter - Analyst administers the recruiting process for a small recruiting demand plan OR provides assistance in administering the recruiting process for a medium to large recruiting demand plan.
Understanding of the company business objectives and organizational structure • Understanding of recruiting or sourcing processes and organization systems and tools • Basic understanding of requested Recruiting profiles • Basic data analysis experience • Basic statistics or reporting skills • Basic accounting skills • Good work organization and administration skills • Scheduling or logistics skills • Good knowledge of relevant computer systems • Good team player • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Solid typing or data entry skills.
Education: Apprenticeship in commercial or service oriented area or secretary school; some university coursework preferred Work Experience: 0-1 years of work experience
