The Recruiter - SAS is accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan. The Recruiter - Analyst administers the recruiting process for a small recruiting demand plan OR provides assistance in administering the recruiting process for a medium to large recruiting demand plan.
Understanding of the company business objectives and organizational structure • Understanding of recruiting or sourcing processes and organization systems and tools • Basic understanding of requested Recruiting profiles • Basic data analysis experience • Basic statistics or reporting skills • Basic accounting skills • Good work organization and administration skills • Scheduling or logistics skills • Good knowledge of relevant computer systems • Good team player • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Solid typing or data entry skills.
