JOB SUMMARY :
People Mobility is responsible for the day- to-day service delivery of People Mobility services in connection with assigned population of personnel traveling to various countries. Working as part of the People Mobility Processing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (BULLETS)

- Guide the Quality Team to set the right Metrics which will drive accuracy and productivity
- Interpret Data and Provide Data Trends to the Leadership.
- Work with the Leadership Team to identify new processes that will improve systems in place and define new opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure documentation are completed
- Review team report of the team members
- Coach and Assist the team members
- Build the Capability of the Quality Team
- Monitor the Team SLA and performance. Drive Metrics and performance scorecard
- Conduct Performance Review for the team members and provide timely feedback
- Work with the team members to continuously improve processes and systems


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (BULLETS)

Education: A University degree.

Work Experience: Should have at least 7- 10 years of relevant experience in Quality Management, Data Analysis. Should have People Management Experience.
