    • Key Responsibilities : - L2 Remote Technology Services Desktop Support - Personnel - Responsible for providing Advanced OS and Software Issue - Resolution as remote support agents need to be able to triage an ambiguous problem and eventually use the tools available to him/her to resolve the issue - Other responsibilities include Call Logging Opening a Trouble Ticket based on Severity Level, Call Monitoring Prioritization Call update / Call Escalations / Tracking each call to Resolution

    • Technical Experience : Good written and verbal Communication skills Over 5 years of experience in Advanced Technical Support skills Ability to solve a range of common Windows / macOS / MS Office / Active Directory issues / Network Internet related issue without too much of assistance or research Experience in Remote Computer Diagnostics Repair Remote Control ie LogMeInRescue Incident Management ServiceNow knowledge Good problem solving and analytical skills Good knowledge on Excel and PowerPoint
