- Project Role :Program/Project Management Lead
- Project Role Description :Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.

- Key Responsibilities : 1 18-22 years IT experience in Application Development, management System Integration SI or Transformation Deals 2 Have 4-6 years in Insurance industry experience and expertise, understanding of Insurance Industry as a whole, including business model and transformation 3 Insurance market systems,PMP or Price2, financial industry certified 4 Familiarity with derivatives and/or securities trade lifecycle
- Technical Experience : Strong technology aptitude with complete familiarity with MS Project, MS Office, and MS SharePoint assumed General knowledge of investment banking and regulatory policy Experience in driving large multi-year Capital Market Transformation deals in RPA, Work orchestration, AI Analytics Excellent project and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated to take ownership initiative in various aspects of project delivery strategy and business model assessment, business and solution architecture
- Professional Attributes : Excellent verbal and written communication skills English Extensive Exposure working with the end client and different internal teams to delivery end state solution Program management throughout the program life cycle; Managing the programs financials;
- Additional Information : Microsoft Technology,TechnicalArchexperience/exposure, Automation/Work Orchestration/ Analytics/AI
