OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB: The Program Management and Operations .PMO. Analyst will work closely with the Global Sales and Ops Capability PMO in supporting the various activities or initiatives managing the coordination and collation of reports for Leadership and streamlining of Operations and Reporting across Global Locations. The individual must possess maturity to understand the business requirements managing sensitivity and urgency of the data expectations. Act as a point of a contact for programs initiatives and operations for an assigned area. The individual must also be able to contribute as required to the new initiatives and assignments. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES or TASKS: - Provide data and analytics support with collation of various reports required for LT reviews. - Support in running key initiatives and people engagement activities. - Support in creating reusable templates dashboards Calendar of events recruitment support and follow ups. - Work with multiple teams across all levels within AEE and Accenture business on helping manage all PMO deliverables. - Pro-active escalation and raising red flags to manage deliverables OTHER FEATURES OF THE JOB The job location is India within AEE Sales and Ops Org. Hiring Preference: Accenture Internal Time to join or hire: Immediate Financial Model: TBD PART 2: JOB REQUIREMENTS KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: - Strong oral and written communications skills – this role requires a confident communicator and team player with robust interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude - Familiar with project management fundamentals – monitoring project progress status reporting and dashboard creation tracking milestones and follow-up for closure. - Strong coordination skills able to work with and establish working relationships with large group of SMs and Managers and other Corporate Functions - Should be able to work in global and virtual environments - Should be a self-starter and needs to work with minimum supervision - Strong organizational or time management or data management skills - Accuracy and attention to details. Analytical skills; collects and researches data - Working knowledge of other Microsoft applications .e.g. Word PowerPoint Outlook. - Knowledge of Ideation and OI process. Education - Graduate in any field with an inclination for Technology and Program Management. Work Experience - Min 3-4 years of experience with understanding of Technology handling transitions working with cross-section of people and processes. - Intermediate or advanced Excel expertise. Others - Travel Shift overtime Travel - NA Shift time- NA No Overtime
