A People Mobility Analyst is responsible for the day- to-day service delivery of mobility services in connection with assigned population of personnel inbound to and outbound from a given geography. The People Mobility Analyst is also responsible for service delivery to permanent and temporary transfers into and out of their assigned countries.

The job involves providing services to the individual assignee/transferee, the project management, the Accenture organization, CFM and HR as well as the local country People Mobility teams.

The People Mobility Analyst will have:
1. specific functional responsibilities within the team structure (e.g. immigration); and/or
2. specific allocation of assignee population within the overall scope of the team, allocated on e.g. geographic, and/or market unit basis.

The position may include participation in additional ad-hoc projects or initiatives, and will include interaction with other internal teams and external vendors. The People Mobility Analyst should contribute ideas and suggestions to People Mobility management to enhance service delivery and business results. Interaction with clients and internal team members will be frequent in order to achieve deliverables described below. The People Mobility Analyst should ensure processes and procedures are documented and updated for internal control support.

Tax and Tax Equalization
General:
• Develop working relationship with technical experts and/or service provider in local country.
• Review, approve and allocate tax service provider invoices.
Education: • College degree or 2 years relevant work experience. Work Experience: • 6-7 years’ experience working in a large multi national corporate environment desirable. • Previous experience of mobility an advantage. Knowledge/Skills Requirements: • Strong customer service skills and ability to work to deadlines • Ability to function effectively as a team member; self starter with strong organizational skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills • Aptitude for working with numbers • Proficiency with standard Microsoft applications (excel, word, lotus notes) plus job specific tools (RMS Connect, share point) Education: • College degree or 2 years relevant work experience.
