Key responsibilities of the role:
Project Delivery:
• Ensuring high quality and in time project delivery
• Work with small to medium-size teams to deliver projects for global clients
• Independently handle project work stream, with limited supervision

Functional Experience: Deep skills and experience in following functions:
• Travel Services and Hospitality Digital Transformation
• Customer Experience Management / Customization
• Internet of Things/ Digital Disruption
• Aviation ticketing, Pricing and Revenue Management
• Hotel Property management

Industry Expertise: Strong Travel industry expertise (industry details below), preferably experience in Business Consulting/ IT Consulting / Operations in any of the following:
• Hospitality (Hotels/ Cruises/ Gaming) > Preferred
• Travel (Airlines/ Airport/ Rail/ Road)
• Travel services (Tour & Travel Services/ Rental Services)

Experience:
• MBA from tier II B-school
• 2+ years of overall industry and/or consulting experience
• Should have:
• In depth knowledge of Digital Offerings (Strategy/ Marketing/Sales/ Operations) AND
• CRM: Function/ process experience in CRM diagnostics, CRM process design, business blueprint and functional design
• Should have worked in the Travel industries mentioned above or done extensive consulting within these industries with experience in any of the following industries:
• Hospitality (Hotels/ Cruises/ Gaming)
• Travel (Airlines/ Airport/ Rail/ Road)
• Travel services (Tour & Travel Services/ Rental Services)
• Through industry or consulting experience, should understand and have hands on experience on:
• Travel Services and Hospitality Digital Transformation
• Aviation ticketing, Pricing and Revenue Management
• Any exposure to back end services/ digital technology will be a major plus
• Certifications in Agile methodology/ IATA courses etc. will be a major plus
• Should be skilled in using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Should have managed small teams and/ or project delivery experience in direct client facing roles
• Any exposure to back end services/ technology will be a plus
• Valid US visa will be a plus
• MBA from tier II B-school
