Professionals in our Corporate Functions run and manage Accenture’s internal operations and all activities across our business from finance HR and legal to workplace management operations and marketing and communications. Human Resources professionals develop and execute HR strategies programs and services across one or more parts of the employee lifecycle to attract develop and retain a highly engaged and differentiated workforce that enables the execution of human capital and business strategies.
The Integrated Talent Strategy Team is tasked with partnering with business leaders and the HR Business Partner teams to create robust talent strategies at the entity HR CoE or geographic level. This team ensures that Accenture has meaningful actionable and measurable growth strategies in place to support critical talent priorities.

As a Talent Strategist Specialist on the Integrated Talent Strategy Team you are committed to achieving Accenture’s vision for talent and want to bring the best thinking from internal and external sources to maximize growth. • Design build and or or support HR programs policies processes and practices that deliver to Accenture’s long term HR strategy and business goals
• Define requirements to shape HR strategy programs processes and services to fulfill business needs
• Provide strategic and respected HR advice as appropriate

The Integrated Talent Strategy Team will deploy best practices build a talent strategist community and introduce a new cadence for developing and refreshing talent strategies and insights across the business. - Minimum of 3 years of program or project management experience - Minimum of 2 years of Talent Strategy experience - Minimum of 2 years of HR Strategy Development experience
