Job Summary Manage Accenture documents repository by reviewing and approving submissions by Contract Managers capturing metadata and ensuring policy compliance Perform other or assigned administrative tasks such as booking conference rooms coordinating for off-site team events maintaining inventory of documentation etc. Key Responsibilities • Process documents submissions: • Review ARMS approved contractual documentation for compliance with Contract Warehouse requirements; • Verify that all required contract metadata is included if not request additional information from relevant persons; • Where supplied documentation is not in searchable format reformat contract documentation using scanning technology and PDF authoring tools; • Flag contract documentation as ‘approved by CW’ or “delinquent” as appropriate; • Capture metadata: • Research and complete contract metadata within ARMS; • Review and analyze the contractual documents capture terms and conditions of the contract and update ARMS; • Track and report compliance: • Generate reports or notifications of “open or delinquent” contracts in ARMS; • Contribute to the firm’s tracking processes and systems and monitoring for contract compliance; • Maintain compliance in line with company policies and procedures and ensure issues are timely escalated to line manager; • Assist team members in developing checklists and process documents; and • Participate actively in the QA Process by providing a summary of contract compliance issues to Contract Management; • Documents management: • Document and manage records .i.e. maintain complete contract files and audit trail.; • Perform quality checks .only for Analysts.: • Quality check all the documents reviewed and approved by Associates in ARMS; • Approve the submissions made by Contract Manager and reviewed by CW Associates; • Provide individuals with positive and developmental feedback and support any specific CW training initiatives.
Qualifications Law degree Knowledge and Skill Requirements • Proficiency in PDF and MS Office .Word Excel Powerpoint Outlook etc..; • Ability to understand review and analyze contractual documents to a reasonable standard; • Demonstrate ability to proactively seek required documents and drive required outcomes; • Competent in building credibility and effective relationships within CW or Legal Services team; • Good English communication skills – verbal and written; good email communication skills; • Effective time management and prioritization skills; • Detail-oriented organized responsive flexible and focused; • Strong Team working abilities; • Displays a high level of responsiveness and follows through on commitments; • Understand companys interests while communicating with executives at all levels of the organization and external Clients .if applicable.; • Understand Code of Business Ethics .COBE. and apply COBE to ensure compliance and manage CW support area; • Understand general corporate business practices; • Support implementation of new initiatives in CW area .in addition to allocated role.; • Prior experience as a data entry operator in the BPO or LPO sector may be preferred.Fulltime MBA preferably from a reputed institute with 5 to 7 years’ experience
