Key responsibilities of the role:
General Business Consulting
• Can solve an unstructured problem where brief provided is minimum. Solves the problem by breaking down into structured modules. Follows fundamentals of issue based problem solving
• Can construct basic components of business case and value analyses eg. market share, sales, costs under various heads, etc.
• Can perform Research and Analysis of client’s business, market, competitors and make appropriate inferences even if information available is insufficient. Can interpret data in context of industry and company specific issues

B2B2C Ecommerce
• Can define eCommerce Strategy across business units including product, pricing, promotion, digital marketing.
• Can manage digital marketing campaigns for client’s various brands and optimize them as per their performance
• Can assess performance of ecommerce channel against other distribution channels for the client and recommend areas of improvement
• Can work with client’s third party vendors and manage relationships with marketplace platforms on behalf of the client
• Can recommend actions on search (on platform/off platform) such as SEO, SEM, GDN etc
• Can frame basic digital media plans (incl. buying media) for digital assets
• Can assess performance of various digital platforms of the client using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics etc.

Client and Project Management
• Has strong project management skills and can own project management for module / part of a project
• Works on client site with minimal supervision
• Can talk to clients & stakeholders independently both onshore and onsite

• Has very strong written and verbal communication skills. Confidently communicates and articulates. Identifies, escalates, tracks and resolves issues in a timely manner
• Has very strong deck writing skills. Can make a crisp deck with a compelling storyline
• Makes presentation to the client, may lead some presentations.

• Industry Expertise: Experience in Consumer Goods Industry is preferable.
• Domain Development: Develop assets and methodologies, develop of points-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collaterals
• A minimum of 2 years progressive industry (MNC companies) and/or consulting experience preferably Consumer Goods or ecommerce organizations
• Deep skills and experience in specialized industry offering - Digital Marketing & Ecommerce - as listed below
MBA from Tier-1 B-Schools
