The Contracting work broadly includes delivery of Contracting scope .which includes different forms of Client facing or Service Contracts. against Accenture’s Contracting Policies and Procedures. This may be done working solely or with a team of other Legal Services professionals including offshore and or or onshore Contracting professionals from within Accenture Legal Group. It also encompasses the need to liaise with other teams within Accenture like senior business stakeholders .Client Account Leads QA leads Sales Leads etc.. deal teams solution architects finance HR etc. as well as with external clients and subcontractors or vendors. The objective of the role is to provide end to end legal or contracting support around Accenture policies and processes as well as broader contractual and commercial support using various tools and methodologies focused on internal policy compliances risk mitigation contract execution new opportunities etc. The complexities of the role and responsibilities are allocated based on level of hire.Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: • Supports Accenture Business onshore Legal teams or Legal Services Professionals or Contract Management in accomplishing assigned tasks related to Contracting which includes but is not limited to drafting review or redlining of various legal or contractual document .like Client facing MSAs or CSAs preparing term sheets SOW Change Orders RFP or RFIs Proposals NDAs etc.. with minimum or no supervision.• May work on small or multiple ad-hoc engagements or a single engagement of limited duration in capacity of an individual contributor or with a team of legal services professionals. This may involve conducting reviews on work performed by other members of team.• Support one or multiple geographies and legal systems based on current requirements• Support various Contracting initiatives like Post Merger Integration .part of MandA. – Due diligence and Delivery; Dedicated Account support and other Contracting pilot processes• Supports LGSC India Contracting Lead or Geo. Coordinators with various management and administrative activities• Set self-performance standards evaluate self-work performance and take action to recognize excellence and to correct deficiencies• Collaborate effectively with team supervisors etc. to achieve work metrics related to Contracting teamKnowledge and Skill Requirements:• Understands basic contracting principles with strong ability to read and analyze low to mid-high complexity contracts• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision and to respond swiftly in high pressure situations in a detail-oriented organized and flexible manner• Ability to set priorities and juggle multiple demands • Ability to advise and interact with all levels of management • Consistently able to present complex subject matter in a clear and concise manner separating the real issue from the detail • Able to apply sound business judgment• Strong time management skills and ability to manage self and or or teams delivery commitments with professional and positive attitude• Strong written and oral communication skills • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications .e.g. Excel Word PowerPoint.
