Accenture Enterprise Enablement (AEE) is a shared services arm within the Corporate Functions across the globe. AEE is presently 5000+ strong team spread in 7 global locations i.e. Buenos Aires, India, Manila, Dalian, Dublin, Prague and USA. AEE Sales and Operations teams works very closely with Accenture Sales organization and supports all Growth Platforms and Operating Groups. The team is responsible for all kind of sales operations and finance support required for an efficient sales operation. The team provides sales and pipeline data support, works as a PMO to the sales leads and drives sales operations initiatives including sales reviews, business review prep, reporting, analysis, cleansing, finance support, BD monitor and review.

JOB SUMMARY(bullet points):

• Manage India Time & Expense processing and reporting, query resolution & related tasks
• Manage Forex activity
• Monitor , guide coach and manage the T & E team,
• Work on projects realted to Time & Expense process .


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (bullet points):
• Manage the Time processing and expesne reimbursement/payment activities as per timelines.
• Manage forex advance /reeimbursment actity and related MIS & CRM
• Handle stakeholder/customer queries & escalations and provide resolutions to the satisfaction of customers
• Act as key contact point with the stake holders/customer base
• Compile and develop appropriate MIS for reporting to stakeholders.
• Analyse and identify exceptions and initiate efforts to reduce exceptions
• Lead and participate on improvement of processes and resolution of issues
• Provide guidance in the identification of issues and development of solutions related to quality customer service
• Maintain Service Level with customer base - measure progress against SLAs and consistently satisfy customers in a ‘metrics focused’ organization
• Assist in the planning and development of process strategies to effectively integrate all processes supported within the process
• Ensure rquired statutory and policy compliance.
• Uses previous experience to devise realistic estimates for own and team work.
• Allocates tasks to effectively leverage available skills and resources.
• Manage periodic appraisal of team and provide inputs/feedback for talent/team development
• Monitors progress of activities to ensure requirements and milestones are met.
• Drives activities to meet requirements (e.g., timelines, quality, and costs).
• Makes useful contributions to development of intellectual property.
• Develops simple and easy-to-understand frameworks/formats to present information and ideas.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (bullet points):
• Education: Minimum Graduate Degree in Accounting or Finance. preferably M Com/ MBA/CA(Inter)/ICWA(Inter)
• Work Experience: 8-10 years Accounting / Finance operations or related experience.
Experience can be reduced for candidate with professional qualification



PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS(bullet points):

• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Hands on with Microsoft PowerPoint
• SAP knowledge/experience preferred.
• Good oral & written communication skills
• Team handling & management skills
• Ability to collaborate across teams/functions
• Able to plan and allocate work/assignments.
