  • Project Role Description :Own the client aspects of service management for one or more outsourcing contracts. Lead the day-to-day management of contract operations and performance. Invest on a daily basis in overall growth of the outsourcing contract and its financial performance.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : A: General policing and tracking of Problem Management performance B: Responsible for identifying, investigating, and managing underlying problems on a day to day basis C: Management of Post Incident reviews for Major Service Outages MSO and Major Incidents, ensuring that follow up actions are performed D: Performing Trend Analysis and Known Error management and where necessary feeding into the Service Improvement process

    • Technical Experience : A : Candidate should have ITSM experience on incident, problem, change processes B: Report and progress all areas of operational improvements across all technologies within the scope from an overall Service Management perspective C: Investigation into the Root Cause of problems, identifying the relevant groups to involve D: Identifying recurring failure trends and ensuring these are controlled Monitoring and improving error control E: Manage and update risk registers

    • Professional Attributes : a: Resource should be ready to work in support project b:They should be flexible to work in shifts c:Candidate should possess strong analytical skills e:Candidate should possess strong communication skills for handling client 3rd party stakeholder communication
