JOB SUMMARY
As an automation expert, resource will be working closely with Delivery Excellence team and the process leads to help them achieve their efficiency targets by implementing automation solutions. Involving in requirement gathering, identifying a suitable technology, planning and developing the solution, coordinating with customers for testing & implementing the solution and project documentation will be a list of responsibilities the resource will carry along. The job also involves collaborating with the team internally to come up with innovative solutions by taking advantage of each other’s strengths.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing support around automation development projects
• Act as an application developer to support process improvements and increase efficiency of internal processes
• Support the team by sharing knowledge and act as backup when required
• Develop solutions that are reliable and scalable and easy to maintain
• Managing the project pipeline for self and if required, for the team
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 3 Year of work experience in a business support role
• Hands on experience in process automation
Technical Skills
• Programming languages: Proficient in one of the following – 1. VBA and one of the following, 2. .Net (C# preferred), 3. Python scripting
• Database: SQL Server, MS Access
Other Expectations
• Experience in a business support environment preferred
• Graduate or post graduate in computers major is preferred

• Logical ability and problem-solving skills
• Learning new technologies as required quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Time management skills
• Effective communication skills – both written and oral
• Should be able to handle calls with customers (Internal) from across geographies
• Should be Customer Centric
• Capable of understanding the problem statement and provide solutions based on that
• An attitude to take on different assignments and a focus towards client’s value delivery
