1. Sales Origination & Business Development
? Accountability for industry analytics sales targets as determined by the practice
? Identify new business opportunities in analytics or digital in existing accounts. Grow existing relationship with clients.
? End to end data & analytics solutioning capability i.e. big data lake, analytics platform, analytics services, advanced analytics use cases & machine learning, BI & vizualization, self serve apps etc.
? Lead client workshops on data & analytics. Facilitate the development of “request for proposals” responses and contract development.
? Ability to solution, sell, deliver and maintain client relationship in large analytics consulting FS deals.
2. Client Delivery & Relationship Management:
? Own the client relationship. Manage and grow. Built trust with the client.
? Help clients through the transformation to a Digital organization, powered by large Analytics program.
? Ability to drive the full lifecycle of a Customer and Marketing Analytics engagement, including assessment & analytics operating model design, use case prioritization, data requirements definition, analytics platform selection, analytics methodologies, technical architecture design, solution deployment and feedback loop.
? Identifying, obtaining and processing critical data (e.g. internal client data, external public data, and new sources of data) to challenge the status quo in defining information sources on the data lake.
3. Deep FS Industry Knowledge, Drive Innovation & Practice Build:
? Experience in one or multiple industry domains - Retail Banking, Payments, Wealth, Asset Management or Insurance.
? Contribute to Practice, Offering and Image Development to help take analytics capabilities to the market, position against client problems, and feed industry issues and business needs to harness capability /offering development e.g. impact of robot advice and AI.
? Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities emphasizing a deep understanding of Banking products, processes & analytics; including Core Banking (Deposits, Lending, Mortgage), Cards & Payments, and knowledge across functions (marketing, sales, distribution, operations, pricing, products, finance, risk, etc.). He should have ability to take key trends & value proposition to clients like data lake migration, personalization of experience and marketing, enhancing Customer/Prospect targeting, advice & recommendations through machine learning.
Experience Required- Must Have
? Experience in analytics or insight led consulting.
? Worked with large consulting and financial services firms and managed large delivery teams
? Experience in Analytics sales and solutioning. Preferable if selling abilities have spanned across both technology and functional aspects of Financial Services Analytics
? Ability to structure, solution and sell Analytics engagements for financial services i.e. banking, insurance and/or capital market clients focusing on both the functional and technical aspects of an Engagement.
? Deep experience in one or more of the following capabilities – Machine Learning, Advanced Visualization, Data Discovery, insight consumption & implementation, Big Data Platform & Data Lake.
? Strong, client & people management
? Experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing(NLP) and Cognitive Systems
? Experience in using analytics for personalizing experience, next best action, customer journey.
? Masters or PhD in one or more of the following quantitative disciplines, i.e. Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computing, Quantitative Finance.
