Job Role - Talent Fulfillment Specialist
Key Responsibilities
• Responsibility/ownership for filling assigned demands for respective portfolio and for getting people staffed within the talent pools - apply planning skills to leverage using internal/external channels. Work closely with supporting teams to priorities supply tagging via external channel/dedicated support.
• Represent and/or support individual people in the scheduling process by understanding their needs, preferences, skills, etc. and matching them to roles accordingly -Support key initiatives /cases for- Supply led staffing/Special initiatives/ Transfers as part of their own span/Transfers or relocations-both staffing led & employee led. Step in for critical employee discussion for team's span or escalated scenarios for the given Delivery Unit/Delivery Group.
• Drive and/or participate in decision-making for staffing escalation -Anticipate issues, escalations and leverage supervisor support on demands/issues that need immediate attention- reduce any elements of surprises for your span & team/Delivery Group span.
• Proactively communicate availability of people/skills and push to utilize available resource - Responsible for sharing Demand -Supply /other reports for specific Delivery Unit/Delivery Group level calls with business POCs and escalation calls by Industry Group Leads. Provide inputs for Demand -Supply updates for Industry Group level reports. Engage in discussion with other (Bench/Swap/RML) teams as required for your own & your team's span. Collaborate up with extended internal teams (Bench + capability) to plan for niche skill supply.
• Apply data skills to understand trends in the business behavior and take necessary steps. Anchor calls with Delivery Unit/Delivery Group Leads on new tools, process changes for your own & team span and support critical transactions as required.
• Support Delivery Unit/Delivery Group Leads in defining, identifying and evaluating candidates for open resource requests; and filling resource requirements. - Review and sign off on Sourcing strategies as needed. Act as 1st escalation point for your team/Delivery Group span and proactively call out for any supply gaps, extended closure timelines.
• Manage and track people productivity metrics such as bench, average time to fill demands for their respective talent pool -keep bench numbers and ageing within target for team span. Review IG level metrices and plan steps for improvisation in metrices as required.
• Meet challenging/key timelines -Keep TFS metrics within target/SLA for your own & team spans. Track Industry Group metrices and support critical reporting with on ground support.
• Exhibit proactive ownership on transactions & reporting. Be the SME for at least 2 process/tool for the Industry Group TFS teams and help solve peer queries on the same. Resolve all process/tools related queries for immediate team and business that you are responsible for. Can be expected to manage between 1-3 TFS members as direct supervisor and be responsible for their career management.
