JOB SUMMARY
The Portfolio Management and Delivery Analyst will provide action-oriented analytics, insight and business advisory support for Strategy GU Leadership. Support will focus on non-contract cost trends and operational payroll management with collaboration with Human Resources (HR) on balancing of headcount supply and demand but will also include sales, revenue, contract controllable income, cost to serve, pipeline, and trends in support of the defined business objectives and accountabilities/metrics for Accenture Strategy.
The person in this role will need skills and experience in:
• Robust knowledge of standardized reporting plus ability to extract data directly from SAP BR
• Issue identification and designing and implementing analytics to drive recommended actions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Establish self as trusted source of business analytics with key stakeholders
• Work with the MET/Africa Finance & Analytics Lead, CSG Finance and work closely with the Non-Contract Cost Centre of Excellence. Collaborate with Area and GU HR to implement appropriate management actions of deployed headcount/productivity drivers to support growth of pipeline and achieve sales targets to deliver high quality and cost effective capabilities to meet client demand – preparing analysis to support recommendations for leadership in balancing supply and demand across the GU’s for each workforce if required to supplement GU actions.
• Prepare the detailed variance analysis of market development and deployed business development costs, following up with business runners for specific actions as required and ensuring affordability is balanced within non-contract cost commitments.
• Work for the MET/Africa Finance & Analytics Lead to design and implement tools and processes to create and manage to operational payroll targets by workforce by GU as output of the Affordability Process leveraging those standard tools and processes liaising with GU Strategy Finance teams.
• Work closely with AREA Strategy Analytics & Decision Support Lead to ensure best practices on cost management are executed across the GU teams
• Prepare analysis for Non Contract Costs and associated headcount/productivity drivers, and support formulation of recommendations for leadership action at the appropriate level of detail for Strategy

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Education: Graduate in Finance or Accounting
• MBA (not required)
• Recommended Certifications, Licenses, etc.:
• Work Experience: 3 or more years of Accenture experience required

Professional Skill Requirements:
• Ability to work with proactively and thoroughly, with appropriate supervision to achieve regular deliverables and to add value to the GU Finance team.
• Strong understanding of the economics that drive our business, the operating and economic models
• Excellent analytical skills
• Robust communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills

Travel and Overtime Requirements:
• Role is flexible, but some overtime should be expected at peak periods
